Our Daily Schedule
Our daily routine includes meals, preschool lessons, outdoor play, reading, rest time, and child-led exploration. Activities and rest times may vary based on each child’s age and individual needs. The schedule below shows a typical day at Kingdom Care Preschool.

7:30–8:30 a.m.
Morning Arrival and Breakfast
Children arrive, enjoy a healthy breakfast, and ease into the day with free play. All children must arrive by 8:30 a.m. so they are ready to join our morning circle. -
8:30–9:30 a.m.
Morning Circle and Preschool Lesson
We gather indoors or outdoors for circle time, stories, songs, movement, and a guided preschool lesson. Activities are adjusted to support each child’s age and developmental level.

9:30–11:00 a.m.
Outdoor Play and Exploration
Weather permitting, children explore and play outdoors. This time supports gross motor development, social skills, confidence, creativity, and a connection with nature.

11:00 a.m.–12:15 p.m.
Lunch Together
Children help prepare for lunch before we sit down, pray, and share a meal together. Mealtime gives children opportunities to practice independence, conversation skills, and table manners.

12:15–12:30 p.m.
Preparing for Rest
Children use the bathroom or receive diaper changes, wash their hands, and help prepare their individual rest spaces for quiet time.

12:30–12:45 p.m.
Reading Time
We read a story together while children settle their bodies and prepare for a quiet period of rest.

12:45–3:30 p.m.
Nap and Rest Time
Children rest in their individual sleep spaces based on their ages and needs. Children who wake early may choose from quiet activities while others continue resting.

3:30–4:00 p.m.
Afternoon Transition
Children use the bathroom or receive diaper changes, have an afternoon snack, and get ready to head outside.

4:00–5:00 p.m.
Outdoor Play and Pick-Up
Children end the day with outdoor free play while families arrive for pick-up. All children must be picked up by 5:00 p.m.
