Daily Schedule

At Kingdom Care Preschool in Duluth, MN, our daily rhythm blends structure with joyful play. Each part of the day is designed to support children’s growth, confidence, and kindergarten readiness while keeping plenty of room for fun and discovery.

  • 7:30 - 8:30 AM

    Morning Arrival and Breakfast
    Children arrive, emjoy a healthy breakfast, and ease into the day with free play. All children must arrive by 8:15 AM to join our morning circle

  • 8:30 - 9:30 AM

    Morning Circle and Lesson

    Our group gathers indoors or outdoors for circle time, stories, songs, and a guided lesson.

  • 9:30 - 11:00 AM

    Outdoor Play
    Weather permitting, children explore and play outdoors, developing gross motor skills, social confidence, and a love of nature.

  • 11:00 - 12:15 AM

    Lunch Together
    Students help prepare lunch, then we sit down and share a meal as a group, practicing independence, and table manners.

  • 12:15 - 12:30 pm

    Preparing for Rest
    Potty break, hand washing, and getting cots ready for quiet time

  • 12:30 - 3:00 PM

    Nap and Rest Time
    Children rest on individual cots. Those who wake early may enjoy quiet activities such as books or coloring.

  • 3:00 - 4:00 PM

    Afternoon Lesson
    Another engaging lesson indoors or outdoors, focusing on creativity, problem-solving, or early academics

  • 4:00 - Closing

    Outdoor Free Play & Pick-Up
    The day winds down with outdoor free play. Pickup is 4:45 on Tuesdays and 5:00 Wednesday-Friday.
